Probably a bit naive, but one thing I’m grateful for with adobe software is the ease of using File>Open Screen Capture. Usually, loading a large adobe file takes a moment, but no it just pops up in Photoshop! No plug in, no hassle. I’m a happy camper.

I really like the way PS CC handles HDR images.
The option to convert the image first is great. The file comes out with a different size. The original file size is what you would expect. So you can simply expand the photo. I always resize before I convert. The 1 or 2% crop does make a difference. I use the auto crop.
I sometimes have trouble with the watermark. It’s sometimes too small.
The auto-white is okay.
I know it’s a limitation, but*maybe* in the next version of Photoshop CC
it will add the ability to divide the image in small chunks that will clip the upper portion of the watermark. This is a feature of lightroom.
The normal image size is 2560h x 1440w. ~300MB.

To me the biggest feature that marks the new Adobe Photoshop is the ability to channel a photo in to a Style layer and then apply the color, effects and type to that just as you would on a Commercial photographer would. You can select to darken the highlights by using the Shadow and High light controls. There is a very good image which looks like a Elements “Chameleon” that saves the day. After that shadow and high light you can fade the two layers out. The left layer is still there but I have the appearance of a layer swatch ink bottle or colored filter. This takes a single layer to separate the background and the effect layer. This layer is plenty flexible to be turned once or twice and fall out like a blinker light in your car.
