The default Calculator on Top is a small, transparent window that has a calculator button in the top right corner. In the bottom right corner there is also a button for toggling COT between and off.

You can drag and drop the Calculator on Top to another location on your desktop, to the taskbar or to the Start menu. You can also make the calculator button a keyboard shortcut.
